Website's Purchase Procedure
Booking Tickets
Your ticket booking will be considered complete once your order is accurately recorded in the Company’s server. Your booking must include all the necessary information needed for us to charge your credit card and deliver your tickets on time.
Providing false, incorrect, or incomplete details may result in non-delivery of tickets. In such cases, the Customer will be responsible for payment of forwarding and booking charges. Please ensure that your details are filled in accurately. It is strictly prohibited by law to submit false personal information.
The Customer agrees to provide all necessary information required by the Company to process and complete the purchase. This may include providing a copy of your passport and/or a photocopy of both sides of the credit card used for the purchase.
Once you have placed your order with the Company, along with all necessary information, and an approval has been received from your credit card company, the Company will issue a "Confirmation" document with all your transaction details.
The order will be considered finalized once you have signed the confirmation document, and it has been accepted by the company via email or fax. The Company will send you an email confirming that your transaction has been finalized once your signed confirmation document has been received and approved by the Company.
Once the Company has confirmed that your order has been finalized, it cannot be altered or canceled by you, except as mentioned under the chapter "Cancellation of an Order" in Chapter 8D. An order that has not been confirmed as finalized will not bind the Company.
Home and Away Tickets
All tickets are for the home section, unless otherwise specified (i.e. "Away fans section", "[team A]-A/B" in the case of Neutral venues). It's important to adhere to stadium guidelines and refrain from showing support for the away team. This includes not wearing their gear, cheering for them, or engaging in any actions that may upset home supporters. Please be aware that we are unable to offer refunds or compensation if you choose to purchase a home seat despite these warnings. In international competitions, fans associated with the away team's nationality will also be considered as away supporters. Additionally, if away fans intentionally book home tickets despite these warnings, we reserve the right to cancel the tickets and waive any costs involved.
Prices Policy
Customers will be charged the prices indicated on the website at the time of purchase. However, the Company reserves the right to change the prices of items and/or services displayed on the website without prior notice. Please be aware that the price you are charged may be significantly higher than the face value printed on the ticket.
Additionally, if you have items in your shopping cart but don't complete the transaction on time, your session may expire, requiring you to start over. Keep in mind that the ticket price may have changed due to market fluctuations. Lastly, all charges from footballtickethome are in GBP and include an additional booking fee per ticket.
Payment Methods
We require all ticket purchases to be completed using a valid credit/debit card from a recognized credit card company approved by the Company or its credit clearance provider. Additionally, bank transfers are accepted if specifically approved by the Company.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
We kindly remind you that once an order is placed, it is considered final and binding for the customer. Cancelling an order requires written acceptance of the cancellation by the company. It's important to note that even if the cancellation is accepted, it does not guarantee that the customer will receive any refund or part refund. Thank you for your understanding.
This site is following the Transaction cancellations policy as stated in the European Law DIRECTIVE 2011/83/EU (Oct 15, 2011) for the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, it is clearly written in Article 16 (exceptions from the right of withdrawal) that a client submits a booking for transport (flight, bus, etc) or accommodation (hotels, apartments, etc) or catering or leisure services or leisure events (tickets), shall not be provided with the right of withdrawal (the 14 days period).
The Company keeps the right to cancel an order fully or partially. In such a case the Customer will be refunded under normal circumstances within 90 working days.
Force majeure
Force majeure refers to any circumstances that prevent the fulfillment of services provided through the Site and cannot be attributed to a party if they are not at fault or cannot be held responsible according to the law, the Terms and Conditions, or generally accepted standards. The Company may invoke force majeure if its failure to fulfill its obligations is partly or fully, but not limited to, the result of war, terrorist attacks, public safety threats, mobilization, riots, flooding, fire, accidents, COVID-19 epidemics or public health restrictions, strikes, occupations, any other critical outbreaks, government-imposed measures, non-delivery of required tickets to the Company by third parties, or other unforeseen major events. In such a situation, the Company will assess the situation and seek the best possible solution within its reasonable ability, and promptly notify the customer accordingly.
In the case the organizers have postponed a match, no refund will be offered. The tickets for the original date of the event are valid for the rescheduled event.
Event date and time are subject to change
Please note that the event date and time may be subject to change, and these changes are not the responsibility of footballtickethome.com, but rather the official organizer. We recommend that you check the date and time periodically and make any necessary arrangements to attend the match on the new date and time. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for postponed matches, and tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event. In the event of a match postponement, footballtickethome.com reserves the right to issue a refund at its discretion.
Once your order has been confirmed by the company, it cannot be altered or cancelled by you.
Postpond Event
In the case the event organizers have postponed a match and/or the match is still in “to be announced” status, no refund will be offered. The tickets for the original date of the event are valid for the rescheduled event.
Cancelled Event
In the case the event has been cancelled or that is scheduled to be played behind closed doors (with no audience or in limited venue capacity) or that some restriction has been imposed on the event due to reasons such as following: war, terror attacks, public safety threats, mobilization, riots, flooding, fire, accidents, covid-19 epidemics or public health restrictions, strikes, occupations, any other critical outbreaks, measures set by the government, non-delivery of required tickets to the Company by third parties and other unforeseen events of major scale. In such situation, the Company will assess the salutation and will seek to find the best possible solution that is within its reasonable ability and will notify the customer accordingly and within a timely manner.
Change of Venue Capacity
If the venue capacity for the match you've booked changes due to the event organizers or public restrictions, don't worry! We'll jump into action, assess the situation, and find the best possible alternatives within our power. You'll be the first to know, and we'll make sure to keep you informed every step of the way.
Wrong/Different Tickets or Ticket Category
If you receive tickets that are different from what you ordered due to a mistake, error, or logistical problem from the Company, you will be reimbursed for the price difference between the categories. This includes downgrade to another category, change from pairs to singles, or change from "3 or 4 together" to another grouping. If you receive a better category (an upgrade), you will not be charged the difference. The Company will make every effort to avoid these situations and provide alternatives whenever possible.
Wrong Seating Arrangement
If by chance you purchased tickets for "together" seats but received non-adjacent seats, don't worry. We'll make it right by reimbursing you with an amount of 5% - 10% of the price difference based on the distance between the seats, after you provide sufficient proof and upon our approval. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Other General Failure of Delivery
In the event of a general failure of delivery, if the Company is at fault and unable to provide a compatible ticket, the Company's liability will be limited to a refund of up to 100% of the ticket price for each undelivered ticket.
If the Company is unable to provide the tickets for any other reason not attributable to the Company, a refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified. However, the Company reserves the right to waive the booking fee, and any other costs involved, before issuing a refund. The Company will make every effort to provide advance notification.
For any other reasons not mentioned above, the Company will review the case and provide a timely update to the Customer.
Once a refund has been approved by the company, it will be refunded to the customer within 120 working days from the refund approval date.
Chargeback
Before making a Chargeback request, users are expected to contact Football Ticket Home using the provided contact details to address any payment-related issues. This requirement does not diminish any rights or claims the user may have against their bank or financial institution.
Football Ticket Home will investigate any Chargeback requests and will inform the user's Issuing Bank whether a service or transaction has been cancelled. During the charge-back investigation procedure, Football Ticket Home reserves the right to suspend the user's account and lock the user's funds.
Delivery of Tickets
Ensuring a smooth delivery process is key to your ultimate satisfaction. To make this happen, we kindly ask that you provide us with the accurate shipping address and any other necessary details for the timely delivery of your tickets. Your proactive communication regarding any changes or final delivery details, at least one week before the event, is greatly appreciated.
In the event that tickets cannot be delivered due to club regulations, late orders, or specific pick-up requests, rest assured that we will make every effort to ensure you receive your tickets up to 2 hours before the match at a designated pick-up point near the venue.
When you purchase tickets at footballtickethome.com, you entrust us with your delivery, and we take this responsibility seriously. By granting us your unconditional consent to deliver your tickets through trusted third-party companies such as Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, FedEx, or our own local couriers, you can have peace of mind that your tickets are in safe hands.
While we strive to ensure a seamless delivery, we want to transparently communicate that shipment via courier or other third party will be at your sole expense and risk. We want to ensure you are aware that we will not be held liable for any delays, damages, loss, or misplacement of the tickets by the third party delivering the tickets. We offer three different delivery options to cater to your preferences.
By post (locally or internationally): When your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your delivery. If you're not available to sign for the package, don't worry! You'll receive a "while you were out card," and your shipment will be waiting for you at the local post office. Just a friendly reminder, please make sure to collect your package from the post office, as we won't be held liable once the "while you were out card" has been issued.
By a private courier: When the customer declines to accept and sign for the tickets from an authorized individual or designated hotel representative, it will be considered as fulfilling the delivery agreement. In such cases, the company cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of tickets and will not issue a refund.
At a Pick-Up-Point near the venue: For customers who are only attending the match and need to pick up their tickets on the day of the event, or for late orders made within 48 hours prior to the match, a pick-up point near the venue will be arranged for their convenience.
it is crucial to note that if you are unable to attend the pick-up point at the agreed time, it will be considered as the order being delivered. Consequently, the company will not be held responsible for any non-delivery of tickets. To ensure you receive the pick-up point information in a timely manner, it will be sent to you 24 hours prior to the match via the email address you provided during registration on our website.
Electronic Tickets (E-Tickets): Your E-Tickets will be sent straight to your email. Don't forget to check your email before the event, download the E-Tickets, and make sure to print them out (E-Tickets must be printed). Remember, if you don't download the E-Tickets for any reason or try to use them as a mobile image, it will be your responsibility. By purchasing, you agree not to request any refund in such cases.
Mobile Tickets: You'll receive your mobile tickets through email or your favorite mobile apps like UEFA Apps, FIFA Apps, or any official app. Simply open the link we send you and add the tickets to your mobile (Apple Wallet / Google Wallet) for seamless entry into the venue. Get ready for a hassle-free and convenient experience!
Stadium Collection: Get ready for an exciting experience! Some tickets are exclusively available for collection from the stadium, usually requiring proof of ID or a voucher. Rest assured, we'll send you all the details and instructions before the match to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Admission tickets for events listed on this website can come in the form of convenient E-Tickets. Once you complete the registration process, these tickets will be promptly emailed to the address you provide. Once they're in your inbox, they're considered delivered!
You might also receive paper tickets or member cards (plastic cards) for entry. Member cards always feature the cardholder's name. Upon receiving these cards, follow the enclosed instructions, which include details of your actual seats, how to use the member cards, where and how to return them, and an emergency contact number in case you encounter any issues.

1. "Single Ticket" category: Get individual, non-consecutive, and non-side-by-side tickets. Just a heads up, purchasing multiple single tickets does not guarantee that they'll be together or side by side.
2. Categories "3 or 4 Together": With these categories, you're guaranteed seats grouped together in sets of up to 4. For instance, if you order 3 tickets, they'll be seated together. If you order 4 tickets, they'll also be seated together. If you order 5 tickets, we'll ensure at least 4 seats together, with the remaining seat nearby, unless otherwise specified in writing by one of our sales agents.
3. "Seats in Pairs" category: Take your pick from the following options:
- 2 seats next to each other (true pair)
- 2 seats on the same row with 1 seat in between
- 2 seats directly behind each other
- 2 seats diagonally connected with 1 row difference
- 2 seats diagonally connected with a stairs/aisle in between
And here's the cherry on top: Introducing "SmartBooking" for special seating arrangements in Camp Nou, Barcelona. However, seats of 3 or more together at Camp Nou are currently unavailable unless explicitly specified in your booking.
But wait, there's more! Please be aware that all prearranged seating arrangements are subject to change without prior notice if the event organizers or relevant health authorities require social distancing measures. This may include limiting the number of spectator seating side by side based on criteria or requirements imposed by the relevant health authorities.
Apart from the Company's commitments to you as the registered buyer of tickets as outlined herein, the Company cannot be held liable or responsible for any third party using the purchased tickets.
It is your sole responsibility to adhere to the rules, regulations, policies, and code of conduct set by the local authorities and/or event organizers. The Company will not be held accountable for any damages you may suffer if denied entry or removed from the event by the local authorities or the organizers.
